There's something wrong-- I'd think it was a curse except Todd was fine before he went out to find Rosella, and... now... She was like this too-- confused and quiet and just not right. I dunno if he caught it from her, or what-- both of them just say that the Deities did it, but they won't say what they did.

He won't talk, not unless I ask him a question and even then he says so little... he's always quiet but not like this, this isn't right... And he just... sits there. Didn't even go to bed until I suggested the idea.

Please... I don't know what's wrong, I don't know what to do...

I don't know what's going on, but I saw Rosella in the same way. She was like a puppet.

No, I took her home and told her to rest, but I promised her I'd come to see her today. Given her state of mind, she's almost certainly looking for me already, having gone in and rested as she was told. Do you want to come with me when I go to see her?

I'm not sure if I can get Todd to come along, the way he is. And I don't want to leave him alone.

Have you spoken to Chrono yet? He said that there was something going on--some sort of power--but he wasn't certain of anything more than that.

I haven't-- I don't think I know him. Someone named Shader told me that whatever happened is metaphysical, not an illness or anything. Not that that makes me feel any better.

Shader is a friend of his, so I think if he knows something, so will she. That's roughly the same thing that Chrono told me yesterday, that this wasn't an illness or a curse--regardless of how many times they seem to say that the 'deities' did this.

That might be the strangest part-- I didn't think the Deities did things outside of curses, unless you wanted to trade for something.
